The Position:

• Coordinate all planned maintenance works in a large complex environment
• Optimise available resources to prepare, plan and implement schedules, activities and programmed works
• Schedule and track KPI’s
• Update and manage of asset registers
• Liaise with the Electrical, Mechanical and Building Supervisors on schedules and any other important changes that may influence planned maintenance activities.
• Identify potential improvement opportunities and develop and implement processes to improve the long-term maintenance planning and scheduling
• Track work order completion
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Management and co-ordination of maintenance resources and equipment assets
• Prepare and submit maintenance plans and forecasts, offering solutions to competing schedule demands
• Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule, ensuring that all required preventative maintenance is undertaken for current and new assets

The Person

• Maintenance planning experience essential (minimum 5 years in similar role)
• Strong analytical approach to problem solving
• Experience managing sub contractors and speciality service suppliers
• Technical qualifications or background desirable
• Experience using QFM or Pronto desirable
• Ability to provide an up to date police check (no older than 12 months)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience working with CMMS systems
