$28.00 per hour + 11% super

• Full Time Availability needed across 7 days (no late nights)

THE POSITION

• Sporting centre catering for sporting groups and school camps.
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
• Key contact onsite for large groups and catering communication.

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
• Food safety compliance and commitment to safe working practices.
