We are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Boardroom Attendant to join our premium, outgoing and friendly team at our corporate site located in Sydney, Barangaroo. This position is a multi-faceted position and requires a hands-on approach to the food service delivery in the kitchen whilst ensuring company food safety standards and safety procedures are adhered to. You will be required to work Monday to Friday.
Key Duties could include:
- Your day might look like this:
- Provide food and beverage services to the client floor and tenanted floors in a professional and when required, discreetly
- Responsible for set up and pack down of meetings and functions as per prescribed standards
- Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Adherence to legislative procedures including food, alcohol, WHS
- Putting safety first in on operational duties
- Provide coverage on reception desk when required and meet both external and internal clients
A bit about you!
• Proven first class customer experience – corporate waiter/butler, first class lounge or high-end hotel background desired
• Barista and coffee skills
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong commitment to working with a team
