The Position:

  • 6.30am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday– no weekends
    • Effective Supervisory Skills: Confident in supervising and leading a team, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
    • Food Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
    • Previous Supervisory Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, demonstrating effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficient in Coffee Making: Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality coffee beverages to meet customer expectations.

The Person:

    • Familiarity with Food Allergies: Knowledgeable about common food allergies and experienced in handling special dietary requirements to accommodate diverse customer needs.
    • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Basic Computer and Software Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems and software applications necessary for daily operations and record-keeping.
    • Positive Attitude: Possessing a positive and proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
