Join the Brisbane Electronic Gaming & Premium Services Team as the Gaming Coordinator at The Star Brisbane.

As our Gaming Coordinator you will support the Director of Table Games & Director of Electronic Gaming to coordinate implementation of changes to the Gaming Floor and Gaming product.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Test new gaming equipment are compatible with our current hardware/software (e.g SAE shoe compatibility with OMNI and Cammegh PCs)
  • Manage purchase order process from quote to delivery liaising and supporting appropriate departments as required
  • Identify operational problems, relay information and recommend solutions to the Product Manager and Senior Manager Administration & Tracking
  • Record and maintain the Gaming product database to monitor movements and replacement of equipment
  • Ensure process and procedures for system administration, security and audit of all Gaming products and equipment is up to date and adhered to
  • Configure all Gaming products and associated systems and ensure these meet regulatory compliance

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' Casino or Gaming experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to confidently lead discussions and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders across multiple jobs
  • Excellent attention to detail with a low margin of error
