Join the Brisbane Electronic Gaming & Premium Services Team as the Gaming Coordinator at The Star Brisbane.
As our Gaming Coordinator you will support the Director of Table Games & Director of Electronic Gaming to coordinate implementation of changes to the Gaming Floor and Gaming product.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Test new gaming equipment are compatible with our current hardware/software (e.g SAE shoe compatibility with OMNI and Cammegh PCs)
- Manage purchase order process from quote to delivery liaising and supporting appropriate departments as required
- Identify operational problems, relay information and recommend solutions to the Product Manager and Senior Manager Administration & Tracking
- Record and maintain the Gaming product database to monitor movements and replacement of equipment
- Ensure process and procedures for system administration, security and audit of all Gaming products and equipment is up to date and adhered to
- Configure all Gaming products and associated systems and ensure these meet regulatory compliance
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' Casino or Gaming experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills to confidently lead discussions and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders across multiple jobs
- Excellent attention to detail with a low margin of error
