As an Event Services Captain, you'll lead our dedicated food and beverage team in crafting outstanding events that exceed guest expectations. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you'll ensure every detail runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Support the Event Services Assistant Floor Manager to achieve the smooth operation of events, ensuring flawless coordination and delivery
• Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a collaborative and guest-centric environment
• Provide on-the-job support and development to the events team
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations
