We are seeking Expression of Interests from current Casino Cashiers who wish to upskill for Main Bank duties.  

A few of your responsibilities:

• Maintain focus and accuracy in all transactions, ensuring accountability and timely, effective service.
• Stay informed of Cash Services policies and procedures, including updates via internal memos.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of The Star Sydney complex, including departments, outlets, and amenities.
• As directed, liaise with the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority, government regulatory and statutory authorities.

What we are looking for:

• Must be reliable and available to work Night shifts across 7 days a week
• Working knowledge of Synkros and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to balance and reconcile large volumes of inventory along with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent Variance record
• Current Casino Cash Services experience.
• Understanding of relevant statutory and reporting requirements.

You are a reliable and professional team player with strong time management, communication skills, and a proven ability to manage workflows and priorities. With experience in Casino Cash Services, sound computer knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail, you maintain an impeccable variance record. You’re confident in handling large volumes of cash and maintaining safe and secure processes to mitigate security risks, while delivering world-class guest service. Adaptable and safety-conscious, you bring a professional demeanour when dealing with stakeholders. You’re flexible and available to work a 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
