As a Gaming Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the engagement, development, coaching and performance management of Gaming team members across Table Games and Electronic Gaming. Your in-depth experience and knowledge of Gaming will see you proactively exceeding the needs of our guests and team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our Gaming team as well as our guests.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all rules and regulations as approved by OLGR whilst maintaining exceptional guest service
  • Provide supervision, mentoring and development for all gaming team members
  • Foster a positive environment and drive team collaboration
  • Support career development and ongoing training & development
  • Remain up to date with all communications, Gaming Updates, Rule Amendments, Procedural Changes, and ICM changes

What we will be looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Dealer or Dealer/Floor Manager with the ability to inspire, influence and lead to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity
  • Currently hold or be able to obtain a Queensland Key Employee Casino Licence (KE)
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster
