The Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) is a publicly listed company on the ASX. Our purpose is to create fun at trusted destinations and our aim is to deliver sustainable outcomes for our guests, our Team Members, the communities in which we exist and our shareholders. We do this by providing entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences in a safe, responsible, and ethical way. We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.
Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.
The Supply Chain Administrator role reports directly to the Group Manager Procurement and Supply Chain and supports the Procurement & Supply Chain function, which plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery across all properties by maintaining supplier relationships, managing pricing accuracy, and supporting procurement operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across the business.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Provide backup support for Operations and Category Manager roles during staff absences or sick leave, ensuring continuity of service and operational stability.

- Conduct proactive price reviews, including extraction and validation of supplier pricing and the procurement purchasing platform.
- Support contract management activities, including follow-ups with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Maintain and distribute regular reporting updates to relevant stakeholders.
What we will be looking for:
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, particularly within hospitality.
- Proficiency in invoice and accounts payable issue resolution.
- Skilled in price file analysis and validation techniques (e.g., VLOOKUP, extraction reviews).
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritise competing priorities.
About you:
You are a detail-oriented and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting procurement and supply chain operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working across multiple teams and locations. Your strong communication skills and commercial acumen enable you to build effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our procurement and supply chain operations by ensuring accuracy, continuity, and efficiency in our processes.
Please be aware that eligibility checks may be required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
