The Star Brisbane is looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join the Premium Services Team!

This 12-month secondment, with potential for extension, offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team.

The Customer Engagement Executive is responsible for proactively reaching out to and engaging Star customers to collect data related to source of wealth, financial crime, and risk operations requests.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Assist the Vice President Premium Guest with customer outreach requests and risk information to facilitate accurate customer assessments for Anti Money Laundering (AML).
• Ensure all Customer profile information is maintained and accurate when completing customer outreach and engagement
• Understanding and explaining AML, KYC, SOW and Customer data outreach requests to customers.
• Assist with Customer outreach and collection of information to support Financial Crime Risk Operations BAU processes

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Financial Crime and AML. (Essential)
• Previous customer relationship management experience. (Essential)
• Experience in operational process for Casino industry, or operational process in a highly regulated industry.
• Second language, preferably Chinese & or Vietnamese highly desirable
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in using analytical software and database record management systems.

You’ll have proven experience in a customer-centric environment, with a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle. In addition, you possess in-depth knowledge of relevant statutory compliance and reporting obligations.
