As the Administration Assistant for our Event Planning team at The Star Gold Coast, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of this dynamic team. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless administrative processes and a world-class experience for our valued guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests, clients, and team members.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Planning team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
- Coordination of event logistics and deliveries
- Update and maintain accurate information across a variety of databases
- Responding to email correspondence as required
- Provide support to the Event Planning and Management Team
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and exceed our clients' needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other operating systems
