The Gaming Services Supervisor position reports directly to the Assistant Gaming Manager and is responsible for assisting Managers to oversee the operational aspects of Main Gaming Floor Hosting, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our guests.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Assist guests and Gaming Services Hosts with queries regarding the rewards program
• Assist the Gaming Services Hosts to sign up new guests to the rewards program
• Deal with guest complaints and escalate if required
• Monitor guest, guest access and dress code in the VIP areas
• Conduct gaming promotions and assist with marketing activities as required

What we are looking for:

• Must have a Special Employee/Gold License
• Experience in guest service-related field with great verbal and written communication skills
• RCG Competency Card
• Previous exposure to supervising staff
