Trade Marketing Manager – Mountain Goat & Green Beacon
This role leads the development and execution of trade marketing programs across Mountain Goat and Green Beacon. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key retailers, you’ll drive national campaigns, customer activations, NPD support, and annual planning. With responsibility for end-to-end program management, you’ll collaborate across channels (BWS, Coles, Dan Murphy’s, KIR, On-premise) and sales teams to deliver best-in-class execution. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to use insights and data to shape impactful trade marketing plans.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement both bran’s Visual Brand Identity across all trade assets
- Responsible for leading the strategic direction, and execution of Trade Marketing activity; inform our strategy and Customer/Channel growth initiatives, including support delivering sales outcomes.
- Working cross-functionally with all Sales Channels and Sales Teams using insights to translate relevant initiatives which drive value for Mountain Goat, Green Beacon, Asahi and the Customer
- In relation to project management of BTL – support key projects and facilitate the vertical amplification by working closely with and support Asahi Trade Marketing activation and execution teams. This includes adhering to all Commercial Planning rhythms and expectations.
- Work closely with Asahi, ABV Sales Teams to ensure Mountain Goat and Green Beacon trade marketing Initiatives are meeting their needs – ultimately keeping both brands top of mind and ensuring our brand assets are being utilised effectively.
About You
- Solid experience in Brand or Trade Marketing Management, or key accounts with a preference for FMCG companies.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, including Brand Planning and Visual Brand Identity.
- Proven experience in building effective customer relationships.
- Proven experience to lead and influence cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build long term customer strategies and plan which can be practically executed.
- Ability to articulate shopper, consumer and product insights to bring stakeholders on the journey of our strategy.

- Commercial acumen – sustainable and profitable results for us and customer.
- Excellent communication skills - Strength in communicating verbally and delivering articulate presentations.
