Merchandiser – Wellington (Part-Time, 20 hours/week)

Your Impact

As a part-time Merchandiser in Wellington, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our alcohol portfolio across both grocery and traditional liquor channels. You’ll ensure our products are available, visible, and impeccably presented in-store, while building strong relationships with key retail staff and helping bring our brands to life at the shelf. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into the FMCG industry and grow their career.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain stock levels and visual standards across fridges, chillers, and floor displays
• Support product relays, new launches, and promotional activations
• Rotate stock and ensure compliance with ABNZ Planogram standards
• Engage with store staff and provide outstanding customer service
• Identify and act on in-store merchandising opportunities
• Liaise closely with your Territory Manager and fellow merchandiser

About You

• Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
• No prior merchandising experience required – just the right mindset
