The Opportunity
Join a high-performing team at Monash University and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of domestic student recruitment. As the Domestic Student Recruitment & Engagement Manager, you will lead innovative, data-informed strategies to optimise demand across both Undergraduate and Full-Fee Postgraduate segments, ensuring enrolment and load targets are achieved.
Working within the broader Domestic Student Recruitment portfolio, you will translate strategic priorities into targeted activity plans and high-impact engagement initiatives. You will collaborate across faculties and stakeholder groups to strengthen market position, enhance outcomes and drive continuous improvement in recruitment performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:

Develop and deliver strategic recruitment activity plans aligned to domestic enrolment and load targets

Serve as the primary faculty liaison, providing expert advice on UG and fee-paying PG recruitment initiatives and admissions processes

Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of high-impact recruitment events and engagement initiatives across multiple channels

Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance data to inform innovation and continuous improvement

Build strong stakeholder partnerships and collaborate across teams to drive buy-in and coordinated recruitment outcomes
