The Opportunity
Are you ready to revolutionise the way future doctors learn? As an Educational Designer, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, designing and delivering cutting-edge online learning experiences that empower the next generation of medical professionals.
The Medical School spans multiple campuses and clinical sites across Australia and Malaysia. Your work will directly shape the learning journey of medical students worldwide, helping them thrive in contemporary higher education settings and preparing them for the challenges of tomorrow’s healthcare.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead with creativity: Collaborate with and lead a small team to ensure the look, feel, and usability of online curriculum systems for the MD program
- Collaborate globally: Work with teaching teams across Victoria and Malaysia to ensure a seamless, world-class learning experience.
- Drive innovation: Create engaging, fit-for-purpose learning resources that blend pedagogy with technology.
- Support excellence: Partner with senior academics to uphold quality standards and ensure accurate assessment delivery.
- Make an impact: Enhance the student journey by transforming online education into an inspiring, interactive space.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or extensive expertise in learning design, systems, or education technology.
- Mastery of online learning platforms (Moodle, Pebblepad) and design technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional student experiences.
