The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Academic Services and Analytics (Curriculum Data Management), the Adviser, Curriculum Data Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate curriculum information is published to students and in accordance with government requirements. 

As the successful candidate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all accredited curriculum data elements are accurately presented to students and the government through the publication of the University Handbook. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring data integrity through configuration of information in both the Curriculum Management System and the Student Management System. Additionally, you’ll seek out continuous business improvement opportunities through business process redesign and automation. This role is responsible for high level and detailed reporting on curriculum data for various audiences including senior management.

You’ll have a strong background in data analytics with the ability to make data driven decisions and provide advice to senior staff. As an avid technology user, you'll have experience in effectively and efficiently investigating system related issues and present solutions or apply fixes. The role requires significant attention to detail to ensure the published information is accurate and complete.
