The Opportunity
Our eSolutions Service Team is on the lookout for their next IT Service Centre Officer for a 12 month period. The Support Officer is part of a dynamic customer focused team of IT professionals providing front line support to their customers. The role is responsible for supporting a wide variety of technologies including desktop, network, AV and telephone. The successful candidate will also ensure that requests are regularly updated and realistic resolution times are provided and will be the first point of contact for our customers with any IT service problems or queries they may have.
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will have a sound technical knowledge in desktop support including hardware and software, standardised and custom software applications. They will also have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple problems at once and have demonstrated ability to work as both an effective team member and exercise independence, judgement and initiative.
