The Opportunity

The Faculty of Engineering is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Graduate Research Manager to lead and enhance its graduate research portfolio. This key leadership role will see you working closely with senior academic staff, including the Associate Dean (Graduate Research), to drive excellence in research training and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all graduate research activities within the Faculty, including admissions, candidature, scholarships, programs, policy development, communications, and financial oversight.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership across the Faculty’s graduate research initiatives
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and processes effectively support both staff and students
  • Oversee and improve operations related to graduate research admissions, scholarships, and candidature management
  • Collaborate with academic leaders to support the Faculty’s research training goals
