The Opportunity

Join the School of Biological Sciences as the Project and Executive Officer and you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of School and School Manager. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and project coordination services

  • Managing correspondence, diaries, and meeting schedules

  • Coordinating events, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflows

  • Delivering executive support to committees and working groups

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a globally recognized institution and support groundbreaking research in life sciences.
