The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Payroll Operations team. In this role you will support the Payroll Operations Manager in supervising payroll delivery, maintaining system effectiveness and providing expert guidance to your team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of four payroll professionals and providing leadership and guidance in their daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and administer the delivery of timely and accurate payroll outcomes in accordance with the Payroll schedule
- Coordinate, maintain and implement payroll administration actions to support the effective use of SAP HR/Payroll and associated systems
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll administration matters to resolve Employee, Manager and other stakeholder inquiries
- Manage data integrity for Timesheet transactions, identifying errors and solutions while maintaining compliance procedures
As the ideal candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in payroll administration with a strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll system and adherence to payroll compliance and regulations. Your staff management skills along with your exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent communication will see you succeed in this role.
