Our team is looking for exceptional customer service professionals to join Monash Connect, and to build on our high performing, enthusiastic and ambitious team. We are a supportive team and work with multiple areas across the University to support our stakeholders.
You will be representing Monash University as the first point of contact for all student and general public enquiries. The standard of service will be professional and friendly to all stakeholders while offering high-level support and providing effective solutions - face to face, over the phone, via email and live chat.
