Remuneration: Pro-rata of $83,424 - $95,825 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Graduate Research and Training Officer to support the School’s Graduate Research and Training Directorate. The role delivers high-quality administrative services across all aspects of graduate student management, working closely with the Manager and academic leaders. From orientation and enrolment to compliance and executive support, the position ensures smooth and effective student experiences.

The role also focuses on maintaining efficient systems and processes to ensure service excellence. It includes managing admissions, providing timely advice, supporting committees and coordinating key program requirements such as OSCEs, promotions and events. The position also oversees scholarship processes and verifies mandatory clinical training requirements, helping the School meet its operational and regulatory commitments.

We are seeking someone with strong administrative and organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to excellent customer service and proficiency with business systems such as Callista is also essential.
