The Opportunity

The Senior Graduate Development Coordinator delivers tailored career advisory and enhancement services to Monash Business School students. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and coordinating events and projects for the Graduate Development program
  • Assisting in the design, planning, and implementation of career development services like workshops, psychometric assessments, mock interviews, case interview and competition preparations, industry placements, assessment centres and executive coaching and mentoring programs. Maintaining strong relationships with the University’s Career Connect division to align with broader career initiatives and strategies
  • Providing general administrative support and meeting the operational needs of the Student and Education Services group

As the successful candidate, you will have experience in a similar role, preferably in academia or career services, along with strong organisational, project management, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
