The Opportunity

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Monash University is seeking a dedicated Graduate Research Coordinator to oversee the administration of our graduate research programs. This pivotal role ensures the effective management of candidature matters from enrolment through to course completion, providing high-level advice to students and academic staff on academic progress while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Faculty contact for Monash Doctoral Program matters, coordinating the Faculty's doctoral program enhancements and related initiatives. You will also organise and support graduate research events, including student inductions and the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, contributing to the vibrant research community within the Faculty.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graduate research administration, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic academic environment.
