The Opportunity
Monash University is seeking an experienced and proactive Industry Experience Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the transformation and success of the Monash Internship program. This dynamic role will focus on optimizing processes, systems, and operations across the team and support the efficient delivery of projects and initiatives within the Rich Experiences Portfolio. You will collaborate with faculty members, industry clients, staff, and stakeholders to provide expert advice, resolve issues promptly, and enhance administrative functions in alignment with the University's strategic vision.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating a program of complex administrative processes and systems including providing services, coordinating projects, producing reports and allocating resources in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes. Responsibilities will also extend to delivering high-quality and effective service to faculties and the Rich Experiences team, including prompt issue resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements. You will also manage data input, analysis, and ensure the secure storage and distribution of records.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills with the ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems. The successful candidate will also have strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to track progress and meet deadlines. The role also demands highly developed communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing project-related tasks, including reporting and data management.
