The Opportunity

The Business Analysis and Improvement Officer leads complex analytical and change management processes to support finance strategies and initiatives, aiming to establish Finance as a best-practice, high-performance division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading analytics and process improvement within the Finance Applications and Processes team.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of process rationalization, digitization, automation, and analytics requests.
  • Supporting projects like system testing and development to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

This role requires excellent judgment and process management to provide timely advice and support to clients, staff, and stakeholders.

As the successful applicant, you will have strong analytical skills, ETL experience, and expertise in KPI and financial data. Proficient in Python, database querying, and data visualisation, you excel in process improvement, automation, and change management. With excellent organisational, administration, and customer service skills, you can influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.
