The Opportunity

The Faculty of Education at Monash University offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching and research. Reporting to the Marketing and Recruitment Manager, the Senior Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer will oversee recruitment and marketing services, providing strategic support and ensuring excellence in marketing and stakeholder engagement to effectively support the Faculty’s programs, initiatives, and overall strategies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student recruitment campaigns, creating marketing materials, driving continuous improvement activities, managing data, and providing specialist advice. Establishing strong relationships and contributing to policy development and compliance will also be integral to the role.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing along with a proven ability to design and implement efficient operational processes. Exceptional organisational skills are essential, including the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines. This role calls for a self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team environment, demonstrating sound judgment and proactive initiative. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are also vital for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and addressing complex challenges.
