The Opportunity
Join Monash Sport as a Site Coordinator.
The Site Coordinator supervises a team to deliver a range of health, fitness and sport related services to the University community. The position requires a high degree of competence in coordinating the operations of fitness and sport facilities and services with professionalism, organisation and efficiency, as well as the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and reviewing a program of effective administrative processes and systems including the maintenance of functions relating to facility bookings, providing services, responding to feedback/queries, developing or redefining procedures, implementing policy responses, supporting committees and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
