The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Arts Research Project Officer to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support for the successful delivery of externally funded projects within the Faculty of Arts. This role is central to the planning, execution, and administration of specialised and often sensitive research and industry engagement initiatives.

Working in close collaboration with the Arts Research Project Manager, researchers, project partners, and a range of stakeholders, the Project Officer plays a key role in ensuring the timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables. The position involves preparing project documentation, progress updates, and reports, as well as managing a variety of administrative, planning, and communication tasks that support overall project objectives.

With a strong focus on excellence, professionalism, and sound judgment, the Arts Research Project Officer delivers responsive and effective support across all facets of project management. This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting impactful research and engagement in the arts.
