The Opportunity

Join the Education Portfolio as a Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a program of projects with significant impact for the portfolio and teaching and learning across Monash. This role will also be responsible for project managing the development of the 2026-2028 Education Plan for the University and other portfolio initiatives as required by the Senior Director. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to final delivery, including; scoping and identifying project deliverables, developing project background, plans, and other supporting documents, reporting on progress and performance. Further, you will manage the implementation of the project including planning, overseeing and implementing change management strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
