The Opportunity

Is your goal to drive sustainable finance initiatives and manage complex, cross-system projects? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects using current methodologies, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Implement change management strategies to support project outcomes.
  • Source and assign project resources, including managing contracts with external providers.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on complex project issues.
  • Transform project requirements into structured plans with clear deliverables and success metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Network and liaise with stakeholders to support project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent project management skills with a proven record of successfully managing all aspects of medium to large scale projects
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with current project management software
  • Experience in finance or sustainable finance, or a strong interest and proven ability to quickly grasp key issues within the industry
  • High-level relationship management and consulting skills with the ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills with the proven ability to establish priorities, allocate resources and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication experience especially in preparing documentation and delivering effective presentations
