The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource & Infrastructure Coordinator to support the School of Psychological Sciences by managing and maintaining research facilities, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance on safety and infrastructure management. This role plays a key part in enhancing research programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage research facilities, ensuring compliance with OHS and regulatory standards while optimising resource allocation and operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on safety, infrastructure, and research operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices.

About You

You will have a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive experience, or equivalent expertise. Strong knowledge of OHS, regulatory compliance, and research facility management is essential, along with excellent problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and advanced computer literacy will be highly regarded.
