The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of healthcare innovation as a Research Fellow in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. In this role, you will work closely with leading academics, including senior researchers and chief investigators, on a range of new and ongoing research projects. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of emerging research excellence in midwifery and nursing, while primarily supporting Professor Gamble in key research initiatives. Responsibilities include ethics applications, conducting literature reviews, recruiting participants, preparing grant submissions, performing data analysis, and preparing manuscripts for publication, reports and presentations.

As part of a collaborative and supportive academic environment, the Research Fellow will be encouraged to actively develop their research profile and engage in grant, fellowship, and contract research applications. You will play an integral role in delivering high-quality research outcomes with the potential for real-world impact, helping to elevate the School’s national and international standing in Nursing and Midwifery.
