The Opportunity
Are you passionate about crafting compelling content and driving impactful communication strategies? BehaviourWorks Australia is seeking a dynamic Senior Communication and Content Coordinator to elevate our brand and engage our diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement BehaviourWorks Australia’s communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals
- Network Building: Cultivate a robust network of contacts to source content and promote BehaviourWorks Australia’s thought leadership, research, and achievements
- Content Management: Oversee BehaviourWorks Australia’s digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning
- Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit a variety of materials for print, digital, and social media, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts
- Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for BehaviourWorks Australia events and projects
- Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
