Senior Coordinator, Uni Prep

Duration: 12 month fixed-term appointment

Remuneration: $106,789 – $117,128 pa HEW 07 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

As part of this mission, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Coordinator, Uni Prep to lead the development and delivery of the new Monash University Preparedness Program. This is an exciting opportunity to drive program design, build meaningful partnerships, and create transformative experiences that support students on their path to university.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, coordinating, or managing educational programs or initiatives, including planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.

  • Highly developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate with, and gain cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple projects, collect and interpret data, and maintain efficient administrative systems.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the issues related to increasing participation in higher education of under-represented groups.

  • Recent experience and understanding of school communities or other educational environments, preferably within an Australian context
