The Opportunity
We currently have multiple opportunities for Senior HR Advisers to join the HR Business Partnering team within Monash HR. Our Business Partnering team has a portfolio based approach, collaborating with each other to ensure our clients are supported with operational and strategic HR services and advice.
Reporting to the Group Manager, HR Business Partnering, the focus of this role will be to deliver high-quality operational HR services and client-centric solutions across a large and diverse portfolio. Working within the HR Business Partnering team, you will provide expert advice on HR policy and processes, support business decision-making through data analysis and reporting, and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Broad experience delivering operational and advisory HR services, with knowledge of relevant legislation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management and consulting skills

Strong teamwork ethic, and attention to detail

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, implement improvements, and meet deadlines while adapting to varying client needs
