The Opportunity
The Risk and Compliance Unit have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Group Compliance Manager.
Apply deep compliance expertise to strengthen compliance across the Monash Group, including central divisions, faculties, controlled entities, and international campuses.
Lead and manage the delivery of varied regulatory compliance activities, partnering with executive management to mitigate compliance risks across Monash University.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement an integrated risk and compliance strategy aligned to the Group Risk Management framework.
Provide leadership and oversight of ethics and integrity programs, including whistleblower and anti-corruption frameworks. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive, relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
