The Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator with experience in the IVF environment to lead this pioneering clinical trial and drive research excellence. In this position you will oversee day-to-day operations of the MitoHOPE clinical trial and provide high-level research and administrative support whilst staying updated on research methodology and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage clinical data with precision
- Coordinate participant entry and study visits
- Ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements
- Contribute expertise to planning and committee meetings
- Offer specialist advice and training to stakeholders
- Manage expenditure and support budget reporting
- Foster partnerships and collaborations
- Contribute to troubleshooting and project development
Key Selection Criteria:
- Degree qualification or extensive relevant experience
- Experience in clinical trial oversight, especially in assisted reproductive technology
- Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
