Position Title: Training Coordinator

Coordinate and support the delivery of relevant training programs and activities to assist in the achievement of business objectives related to safety, compliance and regulation.
Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables

Provide support and assist in the delivery of a range of training activities, programs and processes to enable outcomes aligned to enterprise and regulatory training requirements.

Provide effective training related administration, organisation and planning support, utilising relevant systems and developing processes to support team and business initiatives across the training discipline.

Conduct assessments, analysis and reporting aligned to business requirements, providing recommendations to support training outcomes, strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate assurance and verification activities that produce valuable insights, liaising with peers and stakeholders to ensure legislative and regulatory obligations are met.

Support the achievement of training objectives, plans and programs that connect to key objectives, targets and other enterprise needs.

Skills, Qualifications & Capabilities
Technical capabilities/qualifications (mandatory & preferred):

Experience in administrative support and related areas (preferred).

Strong IT background (preferred).

Experience with relevant systems (Learning Management) (preferred).

Previous training experience (preferred).

Knowledge of National Vocational Training Framework and ASQA obligations.

High level of administrative, planning, analytical and organisational skills.

Customer engagement and management skills (both internal and external).

High level of skill in the use of computer applications for example SAP and Microsoft Office.

High level of skill in operating autonomously and exercising independent judgement.
-
Substantial level of written, oral and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Substantial knowledge of accounting systems including accounts payable, payroll, budgets and forecast procedures.
