This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and hands on level, influencing outcomes across the enterprise.

About the role: In this senior advisory role, you’ll manage the execution of strategic organisational and business unit initiatives and provide specialist input and deliver a broad range of People & Development priorities. You’ll work in close partnership with leaders and teams, helping translate strategy into action while mentoring and supporting People Advisers along the way.

  • Contribute to policy development and strategic workforce planning
  • Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities shift

No two days are the same in this role. You’ll thrive if you’re highly organised, self‑driven and collaborative, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment.

You’re a confident, credible HR professional who builds trust quickly and enjoys solving complex people challenges.

You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with business partnering or a specialist background
  • Experience working in a heavy industry environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams
  • Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset

You’re known for your:

  • Solutions focused, continuous improvement approach
  • Strong coaching, influencing, presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to analyse and simplify complex information
  • Systems thinking and confidence using data and technology to inform decisions
