We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to develop and implement robust training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors in compliance with industry standards.

You will play a key role in conducting training needs analyses, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring that training programs are aligned with internal and external requirements.

Your expertise will drive the creation and maintenance of effective learning frameworks, schedules, and assessment content to achieve measurable and impactful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance training and assessments to ensure compliance, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and delivery of training content and resources, ensuring measurable outcomes that meet internal and external requirements.
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills, including apprentices, while tailoring learning to diverse audiences and levels including apprentices.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve facilitation skills and stay informed on safety and learning initiatives by building strong business networks

About you:

With 3-5 years of experience in training and assessment, you will lead, coach, and influence others to drive outcomes and development. Strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills will help optimise processes and facilitate cross-functional communication.

  1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Mandatory )
  2. Relevant certificate in applicable trade or industry experience .
  3. Hold a valid 'C' class driver's licence.
