About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Finance & Business Improvement Analyst to join our Bulk Central Business Improvement team. This hybrid role will focus both on assisting with the management and monitoring of our access regimes, and financial and operational analysis, providing insights that drive performance, efficiencies, and business growth. You will play a key role in access pricing, financial modelling, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial, operational, and commercial modelling to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve performance reporting and business cases.
  • Assist with the management of Bulk Central access regimes including regulatory modelling, reporting and reviews.
  • Prepare and present reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between finance and operational objectives.

About You

We’re looking for a self-motivated finance professional with a passion for business improvement and strategic decision-making. You will have:

  • A finance background with at least five years of experience.
  • Tertiary related finance degree
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance.
  • SAP experience (highly regarded).
