About the role:Our SAP Technology group is looking for a SAP Security Specialist to join their team on a 24-month basis. This role will involve the maintenance and support of the existing SAP Security landscape across a variety of SAP systems as well as networking with the various business units to provide technical expertise.

About the role:

• Perform risk and governance activities within the SAP Security team to ensure SAP security complies with existing risk and governance policies.
• Engage with business subject matter experts to ensure the appropriateness of SAP security roles and user assignments and provide recommendations to remediate identified risks.
• Perform regular risk and SOD reviews across the SAP landscape.
• Work with the business to ensure SAP security risks are appropriately managed, remediated and/or mitigated.
• Develop operational procedures and processes to allow for effective and efficient management of risk and governance activities in respect to SAP access.

About you: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SAP Security (Mandatory)
• 2+ years’ experience with GRC (Highly Desirable)
• Experience in analysing, reviewing and remediating/mitigating risks within a SAP Security environment.
• Experience in working with the business to analyse SAP security requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• High level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills that build and sustain collaborative relationships.
