What does the job look like?

The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System at the Ingleburn site. This role will oversee quality governance, regulatory and customer compliance, audit readiness, CAPA management and continuous improvement activities. This is a permanent position Mon – Fri and based at our Ingleburn site. Key areas:

• Manage the site’s Quality Management System and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Maintain applicable HACCP and BRCGS certification requirements.
• Lead external and customer quality audits, including responses to findings and development of action plans.
• Drive the site’s quality culture through monthly quality meetings, scorecard discussions and relevant training.
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver internal audits and gap analyses across systems, procedures and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Are you the one?

You are an experienced quality professional with demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems, auditing, non-conformance investigations, CAPA management and continuous improvement. You can interpret regulatory and customer requirements and translate them into practical quality procedures and action plans. You can demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing Quality Management Systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external and customer audits.
• Practical experience with non-conformance investigations and CAPA management.
• Knowledge of quality standards, governance, compliance and risk-management methodologies.
• Experience creating quality procedures and delivering quality-related training.
• HACCP and food-safety knowledge or qualifications, where required.
