What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking Reach Stacker Operators to join our team located in Regency Park, SA. Whether you're an experienced Reach Stacker Operator or a licenced Forklift Operator (LF/LO) looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!

As part of this role, you will be responsible for safely moving and positioning containers within our yard or on our trailers while supporting the efficient flow of freight across the site. For successful applicants with Forklift licences and relevant operational experience, Linfox will provide the opportunity to obtain your Reach Stacker (RS/CN) licence and develop the skills required to become a qualified Reach Stacker Operator.

This is a full - time permanent opportunity on day shift working Monday - Friday commencing at 8:00am - 4:00pm, requiring flexibility to work 10:00am to 6:00pm 

Key areas: 

  • Operate a Reach Stacker to safely move, stack and position containers throughout the yard 
  • Load, unload and relocate containers in accordance with operational requirements
  • Work closely with supervisors, drivers and operational teams to ensure efficient yard operations
  • Follow site procedures and customer requirements at all times
  • Commit to Linfox safety standards and ensure Vision Zero remains a daily focus

  • Current Reach Stacker (CN/RS) licence and operating experience; or
  • Current LF or LO forklift licence with relevant transport/logistics warehouse operations experience.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities
