What does the job look like?

As the Network Services Lead within our Intermodal Business, you will play a key role in keeping one of Australia's largest transport networks moving. You'll take ownership of network planning, operational coordination and service delivery, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently and on time across a national footprint. 

This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in West Melbourne, working Monday - Friday with flexibility to work between 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm. Key areas: 

Are you the one?

• 3+ years' operational experience within a complex transport/logistics environment
• A strong understanding of transport networks, equipment utilisation and service delivery requirements
• Knowledge of rail and road freight operations, including truck and trailer configurations
• Experience interpreting operational data, reconciling reports and identifying network issues
• Your tech savvy and have experience using Transport Management Systems and reporting systems to support planning and decision-making
• You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence stakeholders and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
