What does the job look like?
As an Analyst – UKG Pro WFM, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Linfox’s workforce management system, supporting users across multiple geographies.
Based at our Essendon Fields head office and reporting to the Kronos Manager, you’ll provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver an efficient and reliable WFM service.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide BAU support for UKG Pro WFM across tickets, calls and queries
- Investigate and resolve system and application issues
- Maintain documentation, processes and support standards
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Configure system updates and support enhancements
- Develop and execute testing for system changes and improvements

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- Experience working with Time & Attendance or workforce management systems
- Exposure to UKG Pro WFM (or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with system documentation and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
