What does the job look like?

We’re seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support our Major Brands operations across VIC and NSW.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role blending finance and operations, partnering closely with site leaders to drive performance, cost insights, and decision-making.

Key areas:

•  Deliver month-end close, P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform operational and wage analysis across site-based teams.
• Support weekly revenue adjustments and financial postings.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Partner with operations to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Work closely with admin teams and site stakeholders.
• Contribute to Coca-Cola and some CUB-related financial activities.

Are you the one?

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
• Experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
• Background in industry (logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or similar) preferred
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and P&L ownership
• Ability to work autonomously – proactive, inquisitive, and self-driven
• Comfortable operating in a site-facing, operational environment
• Looking to step into a more commercially focused role with stakeholder exposure
