What does the job look like?

We’re looking for a Team Leader to support the PM shift at our Derrimut site.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll lead a team of around 20 team members, coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

You’ll work closely with the PM Supervisor, manage workflow during busy periods, and step in operationally when required, including high reach forklift duties. You’ll also use SAP and warehouse systems to track inventory movements and support shift reporting.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading people while staying connected to operations. You’ll bring:

• Previous team leading or senior operator experience
  
• Confidence operating high reach forklifts when required
  
• Working knowledge of SAP or warehouse management systems
  
• Strong communication skills and solid computer literacy
  
• A safety‑first mindset and the ability to lead by example
